We’ll explore how to bloom yeast, have patience to find the perfect rise and create loaves so good you’ll be wondering how we're dough-ing it gluten and dairy free.
This isn’t your average bake-along—it’s a loaf affair-filled with good company, great bread, and even better, purpose. 50% of all profits of this class will be donated to Garden Raised Bounty (GRuB).
Come geek out about bread and roll up your sleeves - you'll be mixing your own bread and getting your hands in the dough. At the end of the class, you'll take home your very own mini-loaf of plain or rosemary bread!
