Our Story

Since 2025, No Knead for Gluten has been perfecting the art of gluten-free bread making from our home base in Shelton, WA.

Everyone (including folks with dietary allergies, restrictions or preferences) deserve access to fresh, delicious and nutritious food free from preservatives and additives.

We offer fluffy, stretchy, light, airy baked goods that both glutenous and gluten-free eaters enjoy. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that being gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to eat a brick disguised as a loaf of bread.

We offer fresh, mostly organic naan, bread, English muffins & bagels without preservatives or fillers.

Using humble ingredients, time and baking techniques from around the world, we transform these items into irresistible gluten-free (mostly vegan!) goodies.

More About Us

After being diagnosed with Celiac disease 10+ years ago, Azadi Amaan [they/them, a.k.a. The Flour Whisperer] thought they would never be able to eat naan again. They have relentlessly tested and created recipes that mirror the foods they enjoyed as a kid and are excited to share their baked goodies with you!
